ASMSU Asset Rental Agreement Rules

I, , the undersigned, attest that I understand and agree to the following rules and restrictions:

  1. I am responsible for the condition of all assets selected. Any damages to the asset(s), or missing componenets(e.g. battery, battery cover, or front cover) will be charged to me.
  2. The asset(s) must be returned to the ASMSU Business Office no later than the Friday of Final Examination Week of the semester during which the asset(s) was rented. If the asset is not returned by the designated time, a replacement fee will be assessed to my University Student Account.

List of Charges:

iClicker (1, 2, and +)

  • A fee of $5 will be assessed for an iClicker (1, 2, or +) with missing or dead batteries.
  • A fee of no more than $29.99 may be assessed for damage to an iClicker 1 and a fee of no more than $36.99 may be assessed for damage to an iClicker 2.
  • A fee of $29.99 or $36.99 plus tax as well as an additional $1.50 processing fee will be assessed to my University Student Account if I do not return the iClicker as agreed.

TI-84 Plus Graphing Calculator

  • A fee of $5 will be assessed for a calculator with missing or dead batteries.
  • A fee of no more than $98.50 may be assessed for damage to the caclulator.
  • A fee of $98.50 plus tax as well as an additional $1.50 processing fee will be assessed to my University Student Account if I do not return the calculator, as assigned.

TI-503SV Simple Calculator

  • A fee of $2.50 will be assessed for a calculator with missing or dead batteries
  • A fee of no more than $5 may be assessed for damage to the calculator.
  • A fee of $5 plus tax will be assessed if I do not return the calculator, as assigned.
  • A $1.50 processing fee will be assessed to my University Student Account in addition to any repair or replacement fees charged to me.
